Colville has a zest for real estate devoting the past 30 years of his career to the Rotorua market.

Growing up near Matamata on a dairy farm, Colville knew early on he had enthusiasm for property and real estate, leaving home in his late teens for Lincoln University to complete his degree in Valuation and Property Management.  Returning to the North he spent the early years of his career in Te Kuiti as a Property Valuer before relocating to Rotorua - the city that feels like a town!

Colville spent many years working successfully as a registered property valuer in Rotorua, before taking the plunge into real estate sales, where he successfully sold commercial and residential real estate for a number of years.  With a keen eye for property value and strong negotiation skills, Colville quickly grew a strong reputation in the local market, leading him to the purchase of his own agency in 2002.

Colville is excited to be part of the LJ Hooker group re-opening the doors of the Rotorua office bringing with him an extensive background in sales.  He is passionate about helping assist fellow agents to excel and facilitate sales, set goals and build strong reputations of their own as industry leaders in real estate.

Colville has been an active property investor in the city, in both the residential and commercial sectors.  Outside of work he enjoys a busy family life with his two children and partner Cathy.
