Sandra has won the Customer Service Excellence Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty region consecutively since April 2024. At the New Zealand Annual Awards, she was recognised in the top 5% of Property Managers nationally and named New Zealand Property Manager of the Year, while also placing second overall across Australasia in the same category.

In 2025, Sandra continued to set the benchmark, earning recognition in the top 10% of Property Managers nationwide and once again being awarded New Zealand Property Manager of the Year.
