Brooke worked alongside me to secure my first home. Brooke was thorough and precise with her work, she was able to offer knowledgeable support with my enquiries outside of her normal working hours. I believe that she went above and beyond what I expected, which was crucial with my journey towards home ownership. In the end with her hard work I was fortunate enough to secure a property I now call my home. Team Kylie was Great - supportive and patient. Kylie and Brooke constantly kept us in the loop. Realistic and blunt when necessary. Patient and supportive with my elderly dad. And got a result- not as good as expected/ hoped (in hindsight the Registered valuation was possibly un-realistic given the council restrictions) - but could have been "even worser".
