David Lunn has been successfully selling rural real estate since 1987, specialising in larger economic units, with particular expertise in dry stock and dairy farms. His experience spans the region from Taupō to Bombay, with a strong focus within a 50km radius of Hamilton and the wider Waikato.

Over the decades, David has witnessed - and adapted to - significant changes in the marketing and presentation of rural and lifestyle properties. He has built a respected track record across the greater Waikato, selling a wide range of lifestyle and rural properties.

Outside of real estate, David has been married to his wife Jill for 53 years. They live in Te Pahu on their 20-acre property, where he enjoys breeding a small number of thoroughbreds. His other interests include fishing, travelling, and good food. David is also a proud father of two adult sons and a grandfather to two granddaughters and one grandson.
