After being involved on a day-to-day basis in Dunedin's rental  market for the past 33 years — including the last 24 at LJ Hooker, you'd think Neville has seen it all — he's certainly been to just about every street, however Neville enjoys the uncertainty of what each day will bring  as  a Property Manager and likens it to being an extra in a Hollywood Blockbuster — " you never know what you're going to get"

Outside of work Neville enjoys crashing through the bush with his trusty side kick Sumo volunteering for City Sanctuary running a trap line for Possums & Rats, clearing his own section and his neighbours of Sycamores and other pests including yet more possums and rejuvenating it with native flora.  Neville is heavily involved with the Mosgiel Football Club, being vice president, 1st team manager, van driver. Now that Neville has been cleared of any potential mad cow's disease since a visit to the UK many moons ago, he can be found at NZ Blood donating Plasma every 3 weeks.
